Ann M. Butera, CRP is the Founder and President of THE WHOLE PERSON PROJECT, INC., an organizational development consulting firm thatspecializes in assisting companies to introduce, handle and manage change. She served as an audit committee chair for a financial services firm. Hands-on managerial experience in the retail, investment and banking industries, in conjunction with her experience as a business owner, business school instructor, and consultant, enables her to develop customized approaches for continuous improvement and increased profitability in organizations of all sizes. Ann Butera received her Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Development from Adelphi University, and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of L.I. University/C.W. Post College.
Lisa Sonpar, CISA - Trainer For over 25 years, Lisa has been involved in technology auditing, consulting, and audit training. Lisa has worked with as a trainer and consultant since 1999. Her responsibilities include planning and delivering customized writing and methodology workshops to auditors, technical personnel, and other business professionals. These workshops have been given to major corporations across the following industries: financial services, pharmaceutical/medical, technology, and utilities. Lisa worked at Chase Manhattan Bank (now, JP MorganChase) as an IT Audit Officer, where she performed pre-implementation reviews, production application systems audits, and conversion integration reviews. She also developed and taught several workshops to Chase auditors as well as participants in the Federal Reserve training program. Lisa began her career as a systems analyst/consultant with Andersen Consulting (now, Accenture). Her responsibilities included programming, system design, and project management for Andersen’s corporate and government clients. She also conducted internal training workshops. Lisa is a member of the NJ ISACA Chapter. She received her BA in Computer Mathematics (Valedictorian) from Marist College and her MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Jesy Pijuan, Marketing Design & Training Coordinator of The Whole Person Project. She is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships by ensuring they receive a customized experience that begins with qualifying needs-assessment discussions and ends with post-session follow-ups. As part of the support team to the President, Ann Butera, she provides creative input, design and edit training workbooks, slideshows, e-training self studies, marketing/ad pieces, and maintain the wholepersonproject.com website, as well as coordinate logistics with clients. Jesy also collaborates with the team to develop and implement strategies to publicize trade events and training projects.
Mariel Cruz, Training & Sales Coordinator of The Whole Person Project, Inc. As part of the support team to the President, Ann Butera, Mariel develops, proofreads, and assembles training materials as well as coordinate logistics. She also collaborates with the team to develop and implement strategies to publicize trade events and training projects.
